How much does shipping cost?
We ship all orders using our courier partner FedEx. All orders in India ship for Rs. 100 for online payments, and Rs 120 for all COD payments.

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away!
All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 24 business hours to process before shipping.
Orders placed after 1pm IST will be processed by our warehouse the following business day. Read more about shipping here.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only in India.
What's your return/exchange policy on sale items?
All items may be returned for a full refund exclusive of shipping within 14 days of purchase. Read our full Return Policy here.
Can I change an order after I've placed it?
We may be able to cancel or edit the address on your order within a short window. If this is something you’d like to do, email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible!
We are unable to add items or adjust quantities on orders that have already been placed.
Do you save payment details?
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Promotions & Coupons?
To use a promo code, add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout page.
Enter the code in the provided “Gift card or discount code” box in your cart and click “Apply”! Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Our aim at Sexy Beast is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the product.
In order to do that, we guarantee a seamless and hassle free return or refund of any first product for whatever reason, within a period of 14 days, from the date of receipt.
However, the product you wish to return must be unused and unwashed. It must be the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, to be refundable.
Please note that this refund ONLY applies to the first product purchased. Any subsequent products purchased will not be refundable or exchanged.
Altered, Washed, Soiled or Damaged Product
Sexy Beast reserves the right to reject any return request if the product looks used.
Received Incorrect Product
In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we would exchange the product free of cost if intimated within 14 days on receipt of the product.

Request For Size or Colour Change
If you have ordered a wrong size/colour, it can be returned by placing a Return request on-line within 14 days on receipt of the product. For the correct size/colour you will need to place a fresh order.
Return or Cancellation Process
- Visit www.sexybeast.in and click on the WhatsApp button on the bottom left.
- Mention that you would like an exchange or cancellation.
- Mention your full name, Order Number (starting with SB/...) and date of delivery.
- List the items that you would like to exchange, along with the new products you would like in return.
- If you do not want to exchange, mention you would like a cancellation and refund (if you can also mention the reason that would be helpful for us).
- Keep the original products packed in the box they came in.
- Wait for our courier partner to pick up the parcel within 4-7 days.
- We will send out the new requirements as soon as the courier has picked up the original products.
- Cancellations for all online payments, you will be refunded 2-3 days after receiving the cancelled products.
- Cancellations for all COD payments, you will be sent a payment link that requires you to fill in your bank details. Refunds will happen 2-3 days after providing us these details.
